Power Sessions

In a single 1-hour session, leaders will work with an executive coach to address an immediate crisis or challenge.

Through a combination of powerful questioning, creative problem-solving, and positive psychology principles, Power Sessions provide the tools to help managers get back on track. By the end of a session, leaders will have clarity on their next steps and feel more empowered to make difficult decisions and manage difficult relationships.

Power Sessions are $375 per 30-minute session, prepaid at the time of booking.

An organization may buy a 10-session package for $3,200, which is intended to be used within a three-month window.

1:1 Leadership Development Coaching Package

This is a 6-month package to develop high-potential mid-career professionals and senior-level leaders. They will acquire the feedback, skills, and encouragement to expand their leadership skills, advance their careers, and manage difficult relationships or communications.

Clients have access to a comprehensive suite of resources, including:

• Suite of three in-depth assessments to build personal insights

  • Leadership performance: Leadership Versatility Index

  • Personality: Hogan Personality Inventory

  • Character strengths: VIA Character Personality Assessment

• 1/2-day assessment review and planning session

• Bi-weekly 50-minute check-ins with their executive coach

• Quantitative analysis of progress at six months

Organization Development Consulting

The Good Org’s OD consulting services are designed to be leveraged by managers and human resources leaders who are responsible for optimization and change at the organizational level. Our OD consulting services are bespoke to address the needs of the organization.

Our clients leverage The Good Org’s Consulting Services to address unsatisfactory organizational or group performance, challenging relationships within or between departments, toxic cultures, and challenging team dynamics. Interventions include organizational assessments, employee surveys and assessments, strategy sessions, management retreats, training workshops and seminars, facilitated discussions, and change management guidance.
